We’re the hard-working family behind Big Country Carpet Cleaning & Restoration. 

Chris is our carpet and air-duct expert. He works so hard to provide our customers with the best service possible. He knows how to show up, not only for his family but for yours as well. And.. he’s not afraid to get dirty! See pictures for proof ☺.

Haylee is our office manager, our driving force behind the office side of things. She does the planning, estimates, and customer service. According to our customers (check our reviews) she gives our services that extra touch by making our customers feel really taken care of. She will keep you updated and remind you of your appointments. 

We started this company because we absolutely believe in this service and the way it has helped our family. Some years ago, our youngest daughter had a really bad cough. It hurt just listening to it. Some nights it was so bad that it made her throw up. 

We went to doctors and even ended up in the hospital several times, but nobody could really tell us what caused this bad cough in our sweet little girl. It made us so scared, we worried she might be very ill. 

We were determined to find the cause and help our baby. We were willing to try everything. Finally, we tried cleaning our air ducts. Chris cleaned our air ducts and fogged our system and that very same night, our daughter stopped coughing! 

After our experience with the air ducts, we read about a lot of similar experiences. Right then and there, we decided we want to help other families too.
